Spot on service. Really good communication throughout and when things became a bit of a mission with my van and a dodgy fuel pump (check the photo lol it was in a bad position) it didn’t deter them! They managed to get it off a steep slope with the winch and delivered it to the work shop without an issue, proper helpful, great people. Extremely helpful and very professional. Arranged to meet at LGW having returned from holiday, gave Angel time of arrival and a meeting point. My friend told me to use this company and he was right to do so. I got in contact with them and they had someone out to the car I needed transporting in just over a hour, considering I called them on the spot I thought this was really good. They sent videos of them getting to the vehicle, then of it loaded and then when it was delivered to the destination. Very professional and highly recommended. Don't often leave reviews on google, but was genuinely impressed by this company. Driver Angel messaged to say he was coming and arrived within a few minutes of predicted arrival time. He was extremely friendly, yet still professional. Appropriately discussed details of the car etc, certainly appeared genuinely interested. Didn't even mind that I held him up by a couple of minutes, not being completely ready to go when he arrived. He found a good place to anchor the car before trying to winch it - I was nervous as I couldn't see anywhere before he looked. Car was winched without any damage to the car whatsoever. Car was carefully secured to flat bed truck as should reasonably be expected. Video and photo evidence was taken by the Angel at both ends in a professional manner. Car was delivered to the recipient within good time of leaving my house. In my opinion the price was very reasonable - (and I'm quite difficult to please). Deposit was taken at time of booking, but this was appropriately deducted from outstanding balance as you would expect. There were no hidden extras - which is always my fear when dealing with an unfamiliar trade. Text communication with the office was excellent, before and after. This would definitely be my first go to for transporting a vehicle in the Gloucestershire area in future. ~ James H
